I really think you are the best thing going right now in the world of Dental marketing, and, honestly, I've been around the block with a ton of marketing companies ...
Ed O'Keefe, Howie Horrocks, Greg Stanley, Jay Abraham, Jay Geier, James McAnally, etc.
The truth is, they all have some great valuable information.
But at this point in my life I want to be able to get the REAL meat and potatoes of what's working now (not 4 years ago), and work with someone who actually has some skin in the game.
Oh, and I'd prefer not to have to pay $4997 - payable in 3 easy installments of $1700, to attend a meeting where is all the "guru" does is bring in a bunch of sales people who give you a lot of "fluff" and no "stuff" and try and sell you their stuff for another 5k, which, lucky for you in on sale for the seminar for only 4k. This gets old, fast. I actually like to earn money too.
In comes ClearPath Society®. I got in early because I always felt Jerry Jones was a great meat and potatoes guy. Good stuff, little fluff.
So I get a great newsletter basically about cutting edge marketing information (things that a real dental office owner is trying and using - what a concept!) I get up to date e-mails sent about what he's testing, and what's been successful for other dentists. This is all great stuff.
Then stuff starts to get crazy. He starts giving you really valuable sh$%! A turn key reactivation system. I was lucky in that I got in early and he just gave this too me - I mean, this is something others WOULD sell for 5k at least, and it'd be worth it. He provides us with "working" new patient postcards, free standing inserts, and e-mails that say other crazy stuff like "go ahead and use them Sean and let me know how they work!"
Then the bill comes. $149 a month (or something way-underpriced like that). And unlike your cell phone he doesn't lock you in for a 3-year contract.
Oh, and did I say that he also sends out great informational CD's on things like how to make practice newsletters successful, interviews with dentists that actually don't have ANYTHING to sell, etc. Wow.
And the value keeps on coming. Yesterday he had his "annual" Clear Path mastermind meeting. I came, along with 3 team members. Total cost? Price of a hotel room and an airline ticket (or in my case a few tanks of gas).
Times I was pitched to buy a product of his at the event? Zero. Nada. Zilch. He did recommend one product someone else sells (ha ha) because he thought it had really good value, and was working well in his office.
My staff and I have come up with no fewer than 43 actionable points from yesterday's meeting, and we, honestly are already doing A LOT.
In full discourse I did pay Jerry to write up a free standing insert about a year ago for about $2500. That ad, along with some strategic recommendations from Jerry (which by the way you can actually talk one on one with), helped take me from barely making my 10 case Invisalign minimum in 2009 to becoming the top Invisalign GP in my state in 2010. And of course we see 70-100 "regular" new patients a month (2 doctor practice). So his stuff works. He'll help you out.
I am writing this as a HUGE thank you, to Jerry, and honestly to spread the word about how valuable his program is. And no, he didn't ask or even prompt me to do this.
I do hope that he is able to use it to help get more ClearPath Society members - so that one - he keeps this business profitable, and going, and two, I feel the more members we can get, the more all of us dentist can share what is working in our office, and then we all win.
So, from the bottom of my heart Jerry, THANK YOU for all you've given and shared. I hope we can be friends and business partners for a long time.
Cheers,
Sean
P.S. I do feel that we need to pitch in something to help you cover the cost of at least the room, so please let me know what you'd like us to pitch in. PLEASE.
P.P.S. Crazier yet, this seminar was probably worth an additional 10k to me as I found a piece of equipment that I was looking to buy that a dentist in the room was looking to sell. Amazing.
