Restaurants are, and all you can really do at a restaurant is eat and drink.

Sure, it might be “romantic,” but you’re still limited, right? 😉

Earlier today, I was toying with the idea of creating and testing a postcard that would be driven by a basic, simple cleaning. The rest (exam, x-rays, etc) would be part of the benefits, but not the “driver” or the basic proposition of the postcard.

A lot of patients ask about a cleaning when they come to your office, don’t they?

I know a lot of dentists don’t like to offer a cleaning on the initial visit. If I’ve got room in the hygiene schedule, we’ll move ’em over. Why not?

So, in the spirit of giving the consumer what they want, why not just advertise it then?

You know, one of the easiest ways to make your practice relevant with potential patients is to use holidays as excuses and reasons to offer introductory specials. I think there’s potential here with Valentine’s Day…
