If you’re not getting all the new patients from the interwebs you’ve been promised by the online geeks, then it’s time to hold ’em accountable.

You have two choices:

1.) Call ’em up and put ’em on notice: “Buster, you’ve got 10 days to get my phone ringing. If I don’t see an increase in new patient numbers, our relationship will come to an abrupt end.”

Or…

2.) Save yourself 10 days and kick ’em to the curb now and seek out a better solution.

Regardless, you must DEMAND an acceptable return on investment from every ad you run.That goes for the interwebs, too!

In fact, every single advertising dollar you invest should provide you at the bare minimum $2 back. In other words, a 2:1 ROI.

That means if you’re investing $1500 per month in your website, SEO, Google adwords, and all the BS tied in with it, then you MUST generate at least $3,000 in collections.

It’s that simple.

To generate that acceptable ROI from your website and online efforts, there must be phone calls coming into your practice. There must be patients scheduling.

(Social media “likes,” tweets, Flakebook posts, etc. DO NOT mean calls coming into the office and frankly, are WORTHLESS otherwise!)

There must be patients PAYING you from your promotional efforts.

Again, if that’s not the case, then you need a new plan of attack.
