Meet Our Team
Sissel - Director of Production
Sissel has been a professional graphic designer since graduating from Oregon State University in 2001. She has been part of the Jerry Jones Direct team for over 14 years. Her expertise and focus is on small business branding, marketing, print design and packaging. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and four kids. Sissel enjoys photography, traveling, gardening, DIY projects, cooking and treating herself to a warm cafe latte after a long day.
Brandi - Production Designer
Brandi has been with Jerry Jones Direct since Day 1. She has served in a variety of roles from Administrative to Design. With over 20 years at JJD, today Brandi serves JJD Members in the Design department, creating logos for new JJD services, JJD’s practice branding program, layout and print-ready prep of hundreds of marketing pieces each year, and more. She is married to Clay, has two active boys who love the outdoors, teaches yoga and resides in the beautiful Oregon high desert town of Sisters, Oregon.
Erin - Production Designer
Erin graduated from the University of North Florida with a BFA degree in graphic design and digital media. She has a passion for design and is experienced in many different areas including print, web and mobile design. She has lived all over the country but is happy to call Jacksonville, Florida home. She loves to spend time outside, travel, a good DIY project and a great cup of coffee! Although more than anything she loves spending time with her husband and three kids.
Nicole - Production Designer
Nicole is a graphic designer that resides in Portland, Oregon. Her design career has allowed her to be a part of a diverse group of businesses while developing strong relationships from states away! Although she loves any design challenge, interactive and packaging design allows her to blend together her technical and creative side. When she's not designing, Nicole's circulating her favorite real estate websites or taking a bike ride around the city.
Tiffany - Data Analyst
Tiffany has been in customer service for most of her working life. Her passion to help others reach their full potential led her to the Esthetics industry in 2010. She believes success begins with self-confidence, and has been assisting others in obtaining and maintaining that confidence using custom esthetics treatments and educating her clients. She believes that beautiful skin and a healthy smile are the hallmarks of any foundation for success.
She enjoys cooking for friends and family, gardening, horseback riding through vineyards, nurturing her animals, spending as much time possible with her husband and children, and looks forward to spoiling their grand baby due November of 2018.
Shanna began her career as a dental assistant and over the last decade has worn nearly every hat in a dental office. Through her experiences Shanna came to understand what it takes for a dental team to succeed in the eyes of their patients. She maintains that-if we take care of them, they will take care of us.
It is by adopting the patient perspective as her own that she became successful in helping developing dental teams to increase their number of accepted treatment plans, increase availability for same day treatment while continuing to increase patient satisfaction and ultimately, retention. Her goal is to make sure that once you’ve get them, that you keep them!
Shanna believes that if you are blessed with the ability to understand something, you are also blessed with the responsibility to teach it to others.
Shanna often credits the employment of her beliefs as the success behind raising her 4 children (ages 10-3) with her husband Matthew. The Calkins prefer quality experiences over materials and love to explore the great outdoors in their free time.
I was born and raised in the pacific northwest. I’m now married to a wonderful husband and raising our beautiful daughter together in our hometown, in Washington State. We live on 30 acres so any chance we get we are outside in the yard, riding quads, 4wheeling, paddle ball, soccer, and playing with our dog, 2 cats, and dragon
Always having such passion for the body and being able to help others I was lucky enough to grow up in the dental field/medical field. My first job, I was 15 years old, after high school I would walk to a dental office. I started at the bottom eventually I knew I was very devoted to dentistry and being able to help others. With all the new technology and being able to make the amazing diagnosis was truly magical to patients (and myself). From there it took off! Eventually answering phones/ scheduling, billing, etc., getting my dental assistant certificate and then becoming front office lead!
Chris - Infusionsoft Consultant
Infusionsoft Certified Partner and Marketing Expert Chris Wojcik has over two decades of real-life coaching and in the trenches business experience. Chris understands that small businesses need help marketing, especially with email and marketing automation. Known for her ability to take her client’s vision and translate it into an automated campaign, Chris has helped numerous people achieve their goals.
She is married with 2 sons and 2 granddaughters. Having girls to shop for, read to and play with is something she really enjoys. Her granddaughters live a couple of states away, so every summer she picks them up and brings them to her home in Wisconsin to enjoy some summer fun with Grandma and Grandpa. Chris loves to read and learn. She is constantly taking courses to keep up in the industry. She also enjoys shopping with friends, going to movies and the occasional snowmobile ride.

Lori - Executive Assistant
Lori has an extensive background in writing and managing charitable foundations. She has worked in higher education and the arts for the past 20 years. She has always enjoyed free-lance writing and is thrilled to be part of the JJD team. Lori has served on the board for the National and International Fulbright Association and chairs events for a local arts organization in her hometown of Oklahoma City. An artist herself, you can see one of her sculptures while driving on I-40 through Oklahoma City. She is married to Dr. Mike Alspaugh, DDS and they have 2 children. The family enjoys sailing together on the weekends. In her free time she is at the ice rink or “on set” with the kids who both compete in ice skating and act.
Lisa - Director of Consulting & Training
Lisa Mellick loves her work. During her career of managing an amazing dental practice in beautiful Bellingham, Washington, she started training and consulting with other dental practices and found that was her passion. Now with 20 years of experience in the dental industry, Lisa’s passion for efficient, consistent, and secure systems is grounded in personal understanding and professional expertise. With a direct approach, Lisa helps clients develop and implement protocols for their practice.
The more you learn and know the more productive and stress-free your office will be.
When she is not training, managing or writing an article, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family (she has 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren), gardening, fly fishing, hiking and camping. Lisa has completed 2 marathons,13 half marathons, and has summited Mt St. Helens 2 times!
Kevin - Director of Marketing & Sales
Kevin has dabbled in numerous different industries over the years from teaching aerobics to senior citizens, to building custom fireplaces, to sales and marketing. The culmination of all of his experiences is a love of working with people, helping them to identify, reach, and exceed their goals. Kevin was born and raised in Oregon and graduated from Pacific University with Jerry, but don’t expect him to spill too many stories of those days… he’s pretty tight-lipped about the good ones. Family and friends mean everything to him. He spends his free time with his wife and two daughters. Most of the time, he can be found on a volleyball court, either playing or coaching (mostly coaching these days).
Sandy - Organizational Consultant
For most of my adult life, I have been an entrepreneur. I owned and successfully exited three different companies, with annual revenue ranging from $3 million to $100 million. I love taking companies to new levels of success. I believe in a management approach that is focused on teaching, coaching, and consulting in a collaborative environment. I enjoy every aspect of business development. When not consulting, Sandy spends most of his free time trying to keep up with his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren! Any remaining time is likely to be spent reading and taking online business courses of interest.
Chris - Production Administrator
Chris is a Jack-of-all-Trades. He has been an actor, stock broker, educator, construction worker, cook, and a technical writer. Chris' favorite trade by far is being a father. Chris has traveled all over Europe, North America and the Middle East and is his free time loves to read, write and learn. Chris is currently in training to do a 100 mile bike-a-thon for the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation).
Steve - Accounting
Born and raised in Oregon, Steve still calls Oregon home and loves it here; Steve also still loves discovering new places in Oregon. Steve has been with Jerry Jones Direct since 2005 and would like to think that he laughs at Jerry more than Jerry laughs at him. Steve says “I really like this Nerdy Accountant stuff, it works for me.” Outside of the office, Steve enjoys kayaking the ocean, rivers and white water. Steve also enjoys to hike with the sun coming up.
