On a recent training call, I discussed 10 different ways to use your patient newsletter. Here is, yet another:

Give away copies to your new patients immediately following their appointments. It’s a great “gift,” and has a high perceived value as you temporarily part company. You never know who’s hands might end up flipping through your newsletter…perhaps a prospective full-mouth rehab patient? This is where the positioning principle really comes into play.

My News From The Office™ clients, dentists whose patients receive our newsletter, receive at least 10 additional copies from me. Over the years, many of my newsletter clients have us send extras so they can distribute even more in this fashion.
